Build the base you need to succeed!

​Designed to be used in conjunction with my build and peak modules (and any of my specialty modules), this base module is designed to give you the fundamental skills necessary to build a season's worth of training on.

  • 12 total weeks of training
  • 3 rest weeks
  • Build neuromuscular coordination, get lean and build muscular endurance
  • Workouts are based on Lactate Threshold Heart Rate or Functional Threshold Power (LTHR or FTP) which you can read more about in this post
